Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • With at least 1 year of experience specializing in Customer Service, Collections, After Sales operations, and Accounts Management in the real estate industry
  • Applicants must be willing to work either in Southwoods, Biñan, Laguna or McKinley Hill, Taguig City

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with buyers on the whole collection process
  • Attend / negotiate on the request, inquiries and concerns of buyers
  • Preparation of accounts recommendation sheet, memo & others
  • Monitoring of timeline process of Accounts for Bank Loan
  • Coordination with internal departments and tie-up banks
