Job description:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A. A collection Assistant is responsible for the preparation of Billing statements for transmittal to HMO, Corporate and Insurance accounts and to assist and lessen the daily processed claims received and help with the entire claim submission procedure.

B. 1. Check if the SOA for scanning are complete and correct.

2. Scanning of processed claims with e-signature.

3. Encoding or renaming of scanned soft copy of billing statements.

4. Sorting of Billing Statements per HMO and Corporate accounts.

5. Preparation of Documents to be given to Third Party Courier.

6. Transmittal to be received by a third-party courier

7. Filing of the hard copy documents.

8. Assisting Junior Collection Associate in the preparation of billing statements (sorting and stapling).

9. Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

The role is for 5 moths position. Duty schedule is 8 hours, from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College Graduate of any four-year course.
  • Can communicate in English both verbal and written.
  • With good moral character.
  • At least 2 years experience in clerical work.
