1. Marketing Management

Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote hospital services, managing digital marketing efforts, organizing community outreach programs and events, and analyzing market trends and patient feedback to support service improvement and growth.

2. HMO Relations

Handles the development and maintenance of strong partnerships with HMOs, overseeing contract negotiations, addressing concerns and coordinating issue resolution, and monitoring performance metrics related to HMO patient care and billing.

3. Admitting Department Oversight

Ensures efficient and smooth patient admission workflows while guiding and training staff to provide excellent customer service throughout the admission process.

4. Information Department Leadership

Oversees front-desk operations to maintain a patient-centered environment, implementing strategies to reduce waiting times and improve overall patient satisfaction.

5. Sales and Business Development

Identifies new business opportunities and partnerships, develops sales strategies for corporate and community accounts, and prepares sales reports and performance forecasts to support growth initiatives.
