Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Establish annual and monthly sales targets to guide performance objectives.

  2. Drive the achievement of national sales and profitability targets

  3. Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

  4. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.

  5. Lead and manage a national sales team, providing guidance, motivation, and support.

  6. Foster a high-performance culture and ensure effective collaboration among team members.

  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

  8. Oversee the day-to-day sales operations, including order processing, inventory

    management, and distribution.

  9. Analyze sales performance data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies.

  10. Develop and manage the national sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

  11. Provide training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skills and capabilities.

  12. Ensure ongoing coaching and performance feedback.

  13. Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, product development, and finance, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

Job Specifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  2. Proven experience in national sales management, with a track record of achieving revenue targets. At least 3 years in same role
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  4. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  7. Familiarity with industry trends and market dynamics.
  8. Ability to travel nationally as required.
