Job Description:

As a Call Center Agent, you will handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries, concerns, and service requests. You will provide accurate information, resolve issues in a professional manner, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. Your role may also include upselling or cross-selling products and documenting customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Provide accurate information and timely resolutions
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy during interactions
  • Meet performance metrics such as quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Senior High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate
  • With or Without BPO Experience (training provided)
  • Good English communication skills
  • Willing to work onsite in Cebu and amenable to shifting schedules
