About the role
As a Cebu Cruise CSR Specialist at Top1Movers Worldwide Inc.', you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients booking cruise packages. This full-time, office-based role is located in Talisay City, Cebu, and will involve handling customer inquiries, processing bookings, and resolving any issues that arise.
What you'll be doing
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat about cruise package options, pricing, and availability
- Assisting customers with booking cruise packages and related add-ons
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and bookings
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to identify cross-selling opportunities
- Providing feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes
What we're looking for
- At least 6 Months of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant computer applications
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding client expectations
- Fluency in English and the local language (Cebuano)
