Our Philippines Team:
We work in the financial technology sector and primarily assist supporting trading/investment companies with their operational needs. Our organization is separated into two primary divisions: operations and customer service. The Philippines team is an expansion of our current teams in Taiwan and Malaysia. This is because we are currently handling global accounts and hoping to expand our services to support a 24/7 coverage.

The Role: Customer Service Associate & Operations Associate
This role involves delivering excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries via live chat, phone, email, and social media, resolving complaints, and providing accurate product information. Responsibilities include verifying and reviewing customer data, handling account openings, amendments, withdrawals, and deposits, and maintaining detailed records of interactions. You will support the Operations Team Lead with various projects, create engaging content to communicate strategies, and coordinate with other departments and regional offices. Flexibility in working hours, strong communication skills, proactivity, and a commitment to customer satisfaction are essential.
