JOB SUMMARY: The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product and service information, resolving issues, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Additionally, the role may require face-to-face meetings or presentations as necessary to assist clients in understanding and maximizing the benefits of our aroma diffuser services.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information regarding the services, product features, pricing, and maintenance.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term client relationships.
  • Process service requests, orders, and account modifications efficiently.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings or presentations with clients when necessary to demonstrate product features, provide consultations, or discuss service agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Stay up to date with product updates, industry trends, and customer service best practices.
  • Provide support in customer retention initiatives and upselling opportunities where applicable.
  • Assist in gathering customer feedback to improve services and overall customer experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to conduct professional face-to-face meetings and presentations.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Willingness to travel locally when required for meetings or presentations.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and customer-focused attitude.

Willing to be assigned in Pinagbuhatan, Pasig City.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
