Job Overview
As a Customer Support Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service support and resolution of routine problems. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to effectively navigate computer systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries
- Clarify customer requirements and use decision-support tools to provide resolution
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns while demonstrating empathy
- Maintain accurate records and notate accounts as required
- Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
- High school diploma or equivalent with three to six months of relevant experience preferred
- Courteous and strong customer service orientation
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
