About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Associate who will handle returns, exchanges, and customer concerns through email and Instagram. This role is key to making sure our customers feel supported, problems are resolved quickly, and they always get the best Richboyz experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via email and Instagram about returns, exchanges, and product concerns.
  • Inspect and process product returns/exchanges, making sure replacements or solutions are sent on time.
  • Track return-to-sender (RTO) parcels and coordinate with couriers to resolve missing shipments.
  • Coordinate with the Fulfillment & Customer Service Lead and production team on defective items.
  • Maintain records of all customer issues and resolutions for reporting.
  • Ensure every customer conversation is professional, empathetic, and aligned with the Richboyz brand tone.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication skills (written and chat-based).
  • Comfortable handling customers on both email and Instagram chat.
  • Patient, professional, and customer-first mindset.
  • Organized and detail-oriented — able to manage multiple cases.
  • Experience in customer service or e-commerce is a big plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
