Maintenance Technician – Luxury Residential Units

We are a boutique real estate company specializing in high-end residential rentals in Makati. Our commitment is to provide tenants with a seamless and well-maintained living experience. We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure our luxury units remain in top condition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on residential units.

  • Troubleshoot and repair issues related to:

  • Plumbing – leaks, clogs, fixture installations.

  • Electrical – outlets, lighting, switches, smart switches
  • Carpentry – doors, cabinetry, minor structural repairs.
  • Locks & Security – lock replacements
  • Appliances – basic diagnostics and repairs.
  • Painting & Patching – interior touch-ups and wall repairs.
  • Coordinate with property managers for scheduled repairs and inspections.
  • Identify tasks requiring specialist work and liaise with trusted third-party contractors.
  • Supervise and evaluate work done by external vendors.
  • Maintain tools, supply inventory, and ensure safety practices are followed.
  • Keep records of work performed and submit reports on repair timelines and maintenance needs.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in property maintenance or relevant trade.
  • Skilled in at least 3 of the following areas: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, locks/security, painting.
  • TESDA certifications or equivalent training in relevant trades preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.
  • Good communication and record-keeping skills.
  • Familiarity with the maintenance needs of luxury properties is a plus.
  • Must be based in or near Makati and available for on-call work as needed.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary ranging from ₱20,000 to ₱30,000 per month, depending on experience.
