JOB DESCRIPTION

Repair & Maintenance Technician

Respond to service calls (troubleshooting and repairs)

Conduct preventive maintenance of AC systems (cleaning, lubrication, filter replacement, system checks, etc.)

Submit daily accomplishment reports and work updates

Assist in equipment installation or relocation

Conduct basic inspections and visual checks per site

Attend toolbox meetings and technical trainings

Update maintenance records and logs

Inventory and request tools, parts, and consumables

Report incidents, hazards, and near-misses immediately

Assist co-technicians and support inter-site requests

Support contractors during other scheduled works (e.g., escort, coordination, basic documentation)

Required Qualification and Skills:

  • Graduate in HVAC Technology related technical course.
  • With TESDA NC II Certification on HVAC course.
  • With proven work experience in cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of air conditioning units for chilled-water and split types. For both inverter and non-inverter types.
  • With proven work experience in troubleshooting and repair of all types of freezers and chillers.
  • With at least five (5) years job experience.
  • With knowledge in electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
  • With the ability to source out refrigeration and related materials.
  • Must be willing to do store-to-store field works to attend to various R&M concerns.
  • Know-how in basic electrical, plumbing and other restaurant equipment shall be an advantage.
  • A BOSH or COSH certified safety officer is not required but shall be an advantage.
  • Collaborative and team player.
  • Trust-worthy and honest.
  • With a sense of ownership, self-starter and result-oriented.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php22, Php24,000.00 per month
