Creative Designer

As a Creative Designer at 2X, we expect you to come up with and execute good ideas. We expect you to be an excellent team player, willing to learn and absorb everything. We expect you to explore and start mastering a strong point of view in design. We expect you to be able to explain your designs to other people on your team and to the client. (Yeah, your team will protect you but we will expect you to quickly feel very comfortable being exposed to real life. Real life exposure will bring you to the next level.) We expect you to keep improving your design skills, but also to master other things, like presenting to clients, understanding strategy and the business side of things, and more.

We expect you to be humble. Being humble is your main skill, something you should carry with you forever. We expect you to not take feedback personally. It's not about you. It's about but the problem you're solving. We expect you to be good at communication and collaboration. Both of those are core parts of your job.

Challenges you'll tackle (Accountabilities & Responsibilities):

• Conceptualize and execute design campaigns that effectively communicate and enhance our client's brand.
• Understand creative directions according to client's requirements and create elegant and accessible marketing materials that fits for B2B target audience.
• Develop marketing materials in the form of infographics, brochures, advertisements, and event materials (including booth design, invitations, booklets and posters).
• Create designs in a detail-oriented manner, ensure quality and accuracy of all design related material whilst meeting tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with team members in problem-solving, decision-making and organization for campaigns.

To succeed in the role, you need to have:

• Degree (or equivalent experience) or Diploma in graphic/multimedia design or a related field.
• At least 4 years of industrial experience as a professional designer.
• Able to present concept visualization through sketches, drawings, and illustrations.
• Capable of integrating technical and visual solutions into a design concept.
• Good sense of layout, typography, and color harmony.
• Self-motivated, dedicated, well organized, and result-oriented, with an eye for details.
• Competent in MS PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Possess an in-depth understanding of marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Amenable to work following the US Shift (8 PM - 5AM PHT)
• Has a stable internet connection of at least 25 mbps
