Junior Creative Designer

Pasig, National Capital Region, Philippines Project Duo Events and Marketing Corp. Full time $40,000 - $60,000 per year

Task and Responsibilities:

  1. Assists in conceptualizing and executing innovative designs for integrated communications, including but not limited to creative brand/event logos, graphics and illustrations for print, digital, and social media platforms.

  2. Supports the development of multimedia elements such as event videos, animations, and interactive installations.

  3. Assists in creating basic 3D models and environmental set-ups for booths, stage designs, and other event requirements.

  4. Ensures that all outputs align with client branding guidelines and maintain a consistent design tone, style, and aesthetic.

  5. Collaborates closely with the creative team, account managers, and project managers to understand and execute project requirements.

  6. Develops final artwork files (FA) and assists in pre-production, including quality control, proofing, and ensuring technical accuracy.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A graduate of Industrial Design or Fine Arts, major in Advertising
  • With at least 6 months of experience in any of the following: Events & BTL Agency or Brand and Corporate Marketing but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
  • Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects); knowledge of 3D design tools such as SketchUp or Enscape is a plus
  • Basic understanding of design principles, branding, and visual storytelling
  • Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced creative environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality output
  • Ability to work well in a team
