Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualizes and executes creative visuals for integrated communications, including branding, event identity systems, booth and stage design, and digital assets.
  • Develops complex 3D models for stage setups, exhibit spaces, retail installations, and branded environments.
  • Knowledge in producing multimedia content such as animations, motion graphics, and visual playbacks for events and campaigns is a plus.
  • Collaborates with account and production teams to ensure seamless project execution from design to implementation.
  • Reviews and refines creative briefs, ensuring alignment with strategy, creative intent, and visual direction.
  • Provides design mentorship to junior artists, reviewing outputs and ensuring creative consistency and technical quality.
  • Finalizes production files and ensures error-free outputs based on client specs, printer requirements, and fabrication guidelines.
  • Study and understand brand guidelines thoroughly and ensure their consistent application across all creative outputs to maintain effective branding and visual coherence throughout each project.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A graduate of Industrial Design or Fine Arts, major in Advertising
  • With at least 3-5 years of experience in any of the following: Events & BTL Agency, Brand and Corporate Marketing, or Creatives and Production Agency.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), as well as 3D software like SketchUp and Enscape.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical skill, and experience in both 2D and 3D design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Prioritizing multiple projects and meeting strict event timelines without comprising quality.
  • Basic knowledge in Premiere and After Effects is a plus.
