As a Creative Designer, you'll bring bold concepts to life across print and digital platforms. You'll collaborate with key teams to drive visual strategies, deliver high-impact campaigns, and ensure design consistency-all while staying on the cutting edge of global design trends.

Shift: 08:00pm - 05:00am PHT, 02:00pm - 11:00pm MKT
Work setup: Hybrid, Ortigas and Makati (1x/week RTO)

The Qualifications We Seek

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field
• 2-3 years of proven experience in multimedia production and design

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, etc.)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong skills in photography, videography editing, motion graphics, and camerawork (a plus)
• Familiarity with design tools like Canva and Figma (a plus)
• Knowledge in the use of AI tools (a plus)

Design Skills:

• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects (logos, graphic designs, etc.)
• Excellent eye for upmarket, high-quality graphic design
• Creativity and passion for innovative design solutions
• Strong sense of art direction, typography, composition, realism, texture, color, and lighting

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Openness to feedback and willingness to revise designs professionally

Your Daily Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and execution of creative assets for digital and print media, including marketing campaigns, websites, social media, product packaging, and brand collateral
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, and development to ensure cohesive and impactful visual communication
• Translate marketing and branding strategies into innovative and compelling design concepts
• Maintain brand consistency across all design assets and update brand guidelines to ensure alignment across all touchpoints
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand relevant and forward-thinking
• Apply strong art direction and typography skills in layout design
• Demonstrate artistic judgment with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual appeal
• Present and articulate design concepts and decisions clearly and effectively to stakeholders

What Your Day Will Look Like:

• Provide strategic and creative solutions for assigned tasks and projects
• Design brochures, logos, ebooks, ads, infographics, web pages, and social media content
• Create visual assets using industry-standard software, primarily Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Develop visually engaging presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint to convey complex information
• Incorporate illustrations, images, and design elements that reflect the desired theme and tone of communications
• Think strategically when approaching projects and offering design suggestions
• Produce drafts for stakeholder and client review and revise based on feedback
• Review final outputs for accuracy and ensure all assets meet objectives and specifications
