JOB ROLE: QUALITY Planning, organizing, and monitoring of Teams daily Activities. Assist in Developing, Updating and Ensuring Compliance to Quality Standards & Processes. Creating and Updating Inspection and Tests plans, Acceptance Criteria.
Monitoring, evaluating, and reporting effectiveness of the Implementation of ITPs (Pre-PAT, PAT, FAT). Scheduling, Organizing, and ensuring QESSH Officers participation in the implementation of the Internal Quality (IQA) Audit for ISO compliance. Assisting the Process Engineer in Collating Data and providing reports on the IQA outcome and recommending Improvement Actions.
Lead in Facilitating and collaboration with the Process Engineer on the improvement Actions on Corrective action request (CAR) / Non-Conformance report. Identify and recommend Quality training needs. Reviewing and ensuring the closing out of Quality Observation reports (QOR).
Monitoring and ensuring effectiveness of the Corrective actions. Organizing, Planning and Conducting random Quality inspections and Audits with the QESSH Officers. Monitoring, evaluating, and reporting the process effectiveness of Pre-PAT/ PAT/FAT Documents and Activities.
Keeping UpToDate records of Client Quality Requirements (Standards). Lead the Cascading of Quality Standards and Processes (New/ revised/ Refresher). Monitoring, reporting, and updating status of IMS Objectives.
ESSH Monitoring and ensuring that 8-hour Mandatory Training is conducted (for Newly Joined employees and Refresher Training every year). Monitoring and ensuring that OSH orientation to all Vendors is carried out. Carry out Vendor's Quality and ESSH validation and ensure all requirements are complied.
Monitor and Ensure ESSH Tool Box talk (TBT) is conducted regularly. Conduct Evaluation/ Testing of PPEs. Review of PPE Compliance.
Monitoring and Ensuring PPE inspections and reporting of PPE non-compliance. Leading the team in conducting RA, Review, and Updating Risk Assessment (HIRAC) for QESSH Head approval. Reviewing Incident Report/ and Leading the Incident Investigation and recommend ion of Improvement action.
Reviewing and leading the team in resolving ESSH Observations and recommend improvement actions. Coordinating and working with the Process Engineer in the RCA and implementation of Improvement actions. Advising and Assisting on ESSH requirements on every workplace (Sits, Depot, Offices).
Planning and Ensuring ESSH Site Inspections and Audits are carried out regularly. Planning and ensuring Emergency Drills (Fire Drills/ Earthquake Drills) are conducted as planned. Preparing of ESSH programs.
Leading the team in carrying out Environmental Aspect and Impact. Ensuring the Establishment and Training of ERT. Monitoring and controlling of Issuance and approval of work permits (Hot work/ Confined spaces etc.).
Monitoring and ensuring Compliance on OSH signages. Advising and assisting on compliance with of ESSH requirements. Job Qualifications* Preferably an Engineering graduate (Civil Engineering or ECE).
With at least 5 years work experience with Quality Assurance & Safety. Knowledgeable with telecom Operations management Such as permitting, OSP workflow, implementation, testing and acceptance.
With excellent verbal and written communication skills. With excellent leadership as well as excellent organizational skills. Must be an SO3, with existing Safety certification (COSH, LCM, SPA, WAH).
Safety Practitioner SO3 accreditation from OSH-DOLE is preferred. Knowledgeable with OSH legal and other requirements (RA With valid Driver's license.
Knowledgeable in MS Excel and the rest of the basic office software. #J-18808-Ljbffr
