Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead for Quality Assurance and Testing to spearhead the delivery of high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic testing plans that align with business objectives, incorporating risk-based approaches and prioritizing test coverage.
  • Leverage strong technical knowledge of web debugging tools, proxy tools, mock data, error handling, and testing to ensure comprehensive testing strategies.
Essential Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in software testing, preferably in fast-paced SaaS or tech environments, with a strong focus on quality assurance methodologies.
  • Demonstrate expertise in theoretical QA methodologies, test types, and test design techniques, as well as the ability to self-organize, think critically, and prioritize testing efforts based on risk and user impact.
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to mentor and guide team members in the development of testing strategies.
Bonus Skills (Desirable)
  • Experience with test automation and scripting for API/UI testing, as well as familiarity with performance testing tools.
  • Exposure to cloud environments and distributed systems, enabling effective testing strategies in these areas.
