Quality Assurance Specialist

Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a Quality Assurance role in a BPO environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Proficient in using quality assurance software and tools.
