Job Summary:

The Admissions Support role provides administrative and operational assistance to the admissions team, ensuring a smooth and efficient enrollment process. The role involves handling inquiries, maintaining accurate student records, and supporting communication between prospective students, parents, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective students and parents via email, phone, or chat.
  • Assist with processing applications, enrollment forms, and required documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records in the admissions system.
  • Coordinate interviews, campus visits, and onboarding schedules as needed.
  • Support the admissions team with reporting and tracking metrics.
  • Help streamline administrative processes and implement operational improvements.
  • Assist in creating and distributing communications and materials to prospective students.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous experience in administrative or customer-facing roles is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.

Additional Information:

  • Familiarity with CRM or student management systems is a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours if needed, especially during peak enrollment periods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php32,000.00 per month
