Mata Services works with clients in the US, Europe, and Australia to build dedicated remote teams. We're seeking experienced project leaders who can drive software development projects to success while keeping teams motivated and clients informed.

What to Expect (Once Placed With a Client)

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of web and mobile development projects
  • Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Foster a collaborative, transparent, and continuously improving team culture
  • Coordinate closely with developers, product owners, QA engineers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and delivery
  • Manage project risks and issues, and proactively apply mitigation strategies
  • Maintain project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and risk registers
  • Track and report milestones, ensuring stakeholders stay informed on timelines and challenges
  • Support the growth and development of your team members
  • Keep up to date with Agile best practices, tools, and industry trends to improve team performance
What We Look For
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of IT project management experience, preferably in software development
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum
  • PMP or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification preferred
  • Proficiency with project management tools (ClickUp, Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, Asana
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and risk management abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, able to bridge technical and non-technical discussions
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
Nice to Have
  • Experience leading remote or international teams
  • Knowledge of hybrid Agile/Waterfall project environments
  • Familiarity with product management concepts
