Overview

Anywhere Talent is seeking a Project Manager to join our client's team - a small, women-owned business in the signage industry, seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to join their dynamic team. This role requires effective communication and conflict management abilities, as well as an aptitude for software. We navigate between Microsoft Office 365, QuickBooks Online, WhatsApp, Wechat, and our newest CRM/project management tool InfoFlo. The Project Manager will oversee project portfolio management, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Duties

  • Lead the planning and implementation of project tasks and resources.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
  • Implement cost control measures to maintain budget adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage conflicts effectively, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Provide regular updates on project status to clients and senior management.

Experience

  • Proven experience in project management with a strong focus on organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with project portfolio management methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability in conflict management and resolution strategies.
  • Experience with requirements analysis to ensure clarity in project objectives.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
