Location: Remote (Candidates must be able to work CST hours, 8 AM–5 PM)

Compensation: $1,000–$1,200/month(Target: $1,200/month)

Start Date: Early January 2025

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant / Bookkeeper to support a growing business. The ideal candidate will take over administrative and bookkeeping responsibilities from the owner, enabling them to focus on strategic and operational priorities. This role is critical and time-sensitive, with a start date in early January 2025 to ensure a smooth transition and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full-cycle bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online.

  • Provide executive support, including calendar management, scheduling, and general administrative tasks.

  • Utilize CRM tools (experience with niche CRM platforms is a plus) for scheduling, KPI tracking, and task management.

  • Support task-based Pay-for-Performance (P4P) workflows through integrated systems.

  • Create, refine, and maintain templates (e.g., bid documents, reports) to improve efficiency.

  • Assist with ad hoc administrative projects as needed.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping, preferably with QuickBooks Online.

  • Strong administrative/EA experience supporting business owners or executives.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting and template creation.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Comfortable committing to CST working hours (8 AM–5 PM).

Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms for scheduling and task tracking.

  • Experience with Pay-for-Performance (P4P) software.

  • Remote work experience.
