The IT Supervisor for End-User Computing Group (EUCG) is responsible for overseeing the delivery, support, and management of all end-user computing services and technologies within an organization. This includes managing desktops, laptops, mobile devices, software, and any other technology used by employees to perform their daily tasks. The role ensures that end users have the tools, support, and resources they need to perform effectively while maintaining security, compliance, and operational efficiency.

This position plays a key leadership role in coordinating IT support teams, driving improvements in user experiences, and ensuring that end-user technology is aligned with the organization's needs and goals.

Qualifications

  • At least 5-7 years of IT experience focusing on computer system and Operations / Service Delivery
  • 1-2 years in a supervisorial role in an IT environment with emphasis on IT Operations or Service Delivery.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or IT-related course. IT Service Delivery qualification is desirable.
  • Analytical and team management skills are a must. Should exhibit strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and decision-making skills.
  • Very strong client relationship and Account management with experience handling medium-to-large complex accounts.
  • Experience of managing IT suppliers in outsourcing contracts. Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task and meet demanding deadlines.
  • Must have effective interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Good documentation and presentation skills. Call Center / BPO / SI / Provider work experience is highly preferred.
