Job Summary

As a member of the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the functionality, performance, and usability of our Core Banking System from the end-user perspective. You will collaborate closely with development teams and project stakeholders to validate that the system meets business requirements and delivers a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities


• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios and test cases based on business requirements.


• Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring they are addressed before system deployment.


• Collaborate with business users, developers, and QA teams to ensure system functionality aligns with business needs.


• Report testing progress, issues, and results to stakeholders.


• Assist in developing and maintaining UAT test scripts, test cases, and documentation.


• Validate system workflows, reports, and integrations within the Core Banking System.


• Provide feedback on usability and user experience improvements.


• Support training efforts by documenting system behaviors and key functionalities. Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field.


• 0-2 years of experience in software testing, banking operations, or IT support (UAT experience is a plus).


• Basic understanding of Core Banking Systems and financial transactions.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into test scenarios.


• Familiarity with testing tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, HP ALM) is a plus.


• Knowledge of SQL for data validation is an advantage.


• Excellent communication and documentation skills.


• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


• Experience working in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams
