Job Responsibilities:

  • Problem Management: together with Change Management team, review, assess and recommends permanent resolutions to the recurring issues; must be systematically and methodically plan for design, build, and apply.
  • Service Level Agreement: Regularly reviews IT tickets and ensures issues are resolved and any escalations are properly handled to meet the resolutions with the agreed SLA; collaborates with functional and technical (Application development & Infrastructure team) to resolve issues and prioritize urgent matters.
  • User Training and Education: Conduct user training sessions and create user guides to enhance end-user knowledge and self-service capabilities. Provide guidance on IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and streamlining of IT business applications. Proactively propose and implement enhancements to optimize system efficiency and effectiveness.
  • System Access and Digital Asset Management (Digital): Responsible for overseeing the management and access security of systems in coordination with Audit the ensure control and protection from unauthorize access.
  • System Life Cycle: ensures systems are updated and making plans to communicate the initiatives to upgrade system nearing end-of-life support.
  • Application Development support: manage a team of application support.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Graduate of any bachelor's degree in Information Technology with focus on Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Management, and like courses
  • At least 5 years as ERP functional consultant with experience in managing ERP systems (Financial, Warehousing, Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay) modules
  • Preferably with background in LS Business Central but not necessary.
  • At least completed 2 full cycle of implementation of ERP system: Data and functional requirement, Design build, and deployment.
    • Preferably with background in Retail (POS) system process and operations.
  • With strong background in Project Management: application development, integration and deployments.
  • Lead functional and technical teams across different projects and can work with different cross functional units within the organization to design, build and delivery business solution requirements.
  • Analytical and can communicate well (verbal and written) across different levels in the organization.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft 365 and Project management tools (MS Project or Open Project) and preferably Power BI.
