Role Overview:

Visaya KPO is looking for an experienced, hands-on individual to join our team as Senior Tax and Bookkeeping CPA and future practice leader.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review individual & business tax returns start-to-finish
  • Oversee bookkeeping for small business clients
  • Work closely with US-based CPA partners for guidance and collaboration
  • Help build a high-performing offshore bookkeeping & tax team in the Philippines
  • Gradually transition from hands-on execution to strategic leadership

Qualifications:

  • Active US or PH CPA license (required)
  • 10 years (or close) of US tax prep experience
  • Strong bookkeeping/accounting background
  • Leadership experience (Manager / Sr. Manager level in a global firm)
  • Excellent English communication (written & spoken)
  • Positive, proactive, and execution-focused mindset
  • Experience using Lacerte Tax System, an advantage
