You'll be expected to manage people, oversee deliverables, and bring innovative ideas to the table, especially around automation and improving efficiency through advanced systems, including AI tools.If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at precision, and leads by example, we want to hear from you.What You'll Do:Leadership and ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with U.S.-based clients, ensuring clear, confident, and proactive communication at all times.Lead, guide, and mentor junior accountants to ensure high performance, accountability, and professional growth.Oversee workflow and task distribution across team members, maintaining quality and meeting deadlines under pressure.Work closely with team members to identify and implement improvements in processes, structures, and systems, including leveraging automation and AI where appropriate.Drive a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and innovation within the accounting team.Senior Accounting WorkManage the full accounting cycle (Order to Cash, Procurement to Pay, Record to Report) for multiple client accounts.Handle complex bank reconciliations, vendor management, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and inventory accounting.Ensure timely and accurate preparation of weekly and month-end reports with impeccable attention to detail.Lead financial reporting, budget preparation, variance analysis, and deliver insights to clients and leadership.Oversee payroll processing, tax compliance, and audit support in line with U.S. accounting regulations and best practices.Recruitment and OnboardingSupport the recruitment of junior accountants by assessing candidates and participating in interviews.Facilitate onboarding and training of new hires, ensuring they understand tools, processes, and expectations clearly and confidently.What Were Looking For:Bachelors Degree in AccountingCertified Public Accountant (CPA) required5 to 7 years of experience as a Senior Accountant or in a similar leadership role, preferably in an outsourced or international setupSolid knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, tax laws, and reporting standardsExcellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to confidently manage client relationships and explain complex concepts with clarityExceptional leadership skills, able to inspire and guide teams while maintaining accountability and high standardsA sharp eye for detail and a structured, meticulous approach to problem-solving and reviewing workProven ability to manage tight deadlines, multiple priorities, and team workloads in a high-pressure environmentExperience in cost accounting is a plusCertified Management Accountant (CMA) is an advantageExperience using AI-driven tools or systems is highly desirableMust be amenable to a night shift scheduleTools and SystemsQuickBooks (required)Microsoft Excel (advanced proficiency required)Familiarity with automation tools and ERP systems is a plusAdditional Role RequirementsClient Engagement: This role will handle clients in the U.S. It requires exceptional communication skills and confidence, as you will engage directly with clients in discussions that demand professionalism, clarity, and strong relationship management.Innovation & AI Focus: We seek individuals who are highly innovative and driven to leverage AI tools and technology to enhance processes, boost efficiency, and deliver strategic insights to clients.Leadership Skills: Outstanding leadership skills are essential.
