Job Description

  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and other partners.
  • Actively seek and acquire new clients to expand market share.
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
  • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote the Vietnam Airlines brand and products.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive sales.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to propose effective business strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales or Marketing, preferably within the airline or travel industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting, exceeding sales targets and building client portfolios
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal communication required for client interactions)
  • Willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% of the time for client meetings and industry events
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Must have valid work authorisation for the Philippines
