Procurement Coordinator

Procurement Process:
-Oversee the creation and processing of purchase orders, requisitions, and other necessary procurement documents.
Logistics & Inventory:
-Track orders, manage inventory levels, and coordinate with internal departments and project managers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Compliance & Risk Mitigation:
-Ensure that all procurement activities comply with relevant company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Administrative Support:
-Perform administrative tasks, maintain procurement records, and generate reports on procurement activities and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Job Experience
- 3-5 years experience in procurement, supply chain, admin support, or logistics Familiarity with supplier negotiations, cost control, purchase orders, quotations, and invoice handling is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail for accurate record-keeping and contract management
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php28, Php35,000.00 per month
