Responsibilities:Provide legal and labor support, including contract review, legal advice on labor issues, contractual obligations, and general corporate law. Coordinate with external parties such as vendors, government agencies, and company legal counsel. Act as the company's official representative in labor and criminal litigation cases, working closely with HR to ensure compliance with labor laws.

Research, develop, and educate/train HR professionals and management on labor laws and relevant legal matters affecting the business. Conduct legal research, draft legal opinions and contracts, and prepare documents for litigation and contractual agreements, including filings with NLRC or DOLE.Serve as the primary contact for PH leadership regarding vendor contract review and negotiations, especially when contractual obligations conflict. Qualifications:Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma / Master's DegreeProfessional License (Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Law or equivalent6-8 years of relevant labor law experience

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent public speaking skills
