About the role
We are looking for a talented Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at Huawei in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and product promotion. This is a full-time position with opportunities for professional growth and development.
Main Responsibilities:
This role is to be in charge of department admin affairs and provide data, report, documentation support and assistance to supervisors. The main responsibilities include but not limited to the following items.
l Responsible for the business contract/agreement management
l Help to do documentation management according to rule/compliance.
l Other tasks assigned by supervisors
l Assisting manage from point to point process
l Gathering data on audience feedback, and campaign events
l Assisting set up and facilitate of completion of deadline.
l Coordinate marketing campaign mainly scheduling posting, and creating content
l Daily submit completion reports
l Provide report proposals
Qualifications:
l Diploma and above degree 4 years course – (BS – Accounting, Bus Ad, Bus Marketing and Management)
l Fluent English communication in both oral and written
l Good communication in Mandarin in both oral and written is a plus
l Good MS office skills, esp. good at MS Excel and MS Word
l Kin to detail, result-driven, good personal skills and have the ability to do report and analysis
l Can work under pressure, work overtime and handle multi-task
