Job Overview and Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accurately and efficiently all orders placed by Direct End Users and Business Partners, from CMR creation, credit check, order/entry, order fulfillment, shipment and invoicing.

Special Roles and Activities

Order Management

  • Accurately and timely load customer orders in the order/entry system
  • Track fulfillment through shipment and delivery
  • Maintain order status communications with sales team
  • Quickly perform any modification or alterations to orders after loading and prior to shipment

Firm Order Validation / Revenue Recognition

  • Review and validate documents related to purchases, according to TGCS accounting practices and Revenue Recognition policies
  • Work with accounting in order to clarify anything related to revenue/non-standard terms

Billing

  • Responsible for billing and the communications with Accounts Receivable
  • Create customized invoices according to customer requirements
  • Validate and release billing adjustments and/or credits related to sales
  • Review and resolve disputes in a timely manner

Inventory

  • Track new installs in the system for accurate inventory records
  • Review and monitor physical installation of Self Checkout machines and update inventory records accordingly

Contracts

  • Obtain the required approvals for contracts
  • Review and validate the contracts before registration

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service work experience internal and external
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to develop fully understanding of all aspects of the department
  • Oracle / SAP experience strongly recommended, not required
