
E-Commerce Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused E-Commerce Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a fully on-site role, where you will handle customer inquiries, manage orders, and ensure excellent service across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada. You will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and maintaining smooth daily e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support & Communication
- Respond to customer messages, chats, and inquiries across TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada.
- Address product concerns, order status updates, returns, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate product information and after-sales assistance.
- Order Management & Fulfillment
- Monitor and process orders to ensure timely preparation and shipping.
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for smooth fulfillment.
- Manage returns, refunds, and cancellations in line with platform policies.
- Platform Operations & Engagement
- Maintain excellent seller ratings and meet customer service KPIs.
- Assist in handling product reviews, feedback, and customer comments.
- Support marketing/promotional campaigns (flash sales, vouchers, livestream activities).
- Reporting & Feedback
- Record and track customer issues, resolutions, and common concerns.
- Provide insights to improve listings, FAQs, and service efficiency.
- Suggest improvements to boost customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- At least a college-level education (any course) or relevant work experience.
- Experience with TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada is a strong advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Filipino).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
- Must be willing to work fully on-site (no remote arrangement).
- Prior experience in customer service or e-commerce is preferred but not required.
