Job Description:

  • Provides information on available products and offerings to new customers.
  • Effectively manage incoming calls, and electronic, and written inquiries regarding orders and service and ensure prompt, courteous, and accurate responses.
  • Establish and maintain the store's customer database.
  • Create and process work orders for customers' additional orders or change requests.
  • Coordinate and endorse all orders with store supervisor, butchers, merchandisers, cashiers, and logistics to ensure order fulfillment.
  • Inform customers of their total bill and any changes in their order correspondingly.

Qualification Requirementsts:

Education:

  • College level, a graduate of any 4-year course.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a retail setting.

Skills

  • Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and Outlook programs.
  • Customer service principles and practices.

Others:

  • Interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily.
  • Ability to share work among a customer service team.
  • Attentiveness and patience.

Amenable to work in Premium Choice Meatshop Mayon Branch.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
