We are looking for a detail-oriented Automation Test Analyst to join our team, driving quality through robust testing and innovative automation solutions across IELTS Technology.

What will you do as an Automation Test Analyst?

Reporting to the QA/Test Lead, your accountabilities will include:

• Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts for various applications and platforms.
• Interpret requirements and create test specifications, cases, and data using a risk-based approach.
• Execute functional and non-functional testing (e.g., system, integration, performance, compatibility).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure quality delivery.
• Recommend improvements to testing processes, tools, and automation strategies.

What makes you the ideal candidate for this role?

An ideal candidate has the following qualities:

Essential:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a formal testing environment
• At least 1 year of automation testing experience
• Strong analytical and logical thinking; critical problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
• Hands-on experience with standard industry-wide Automation Testing Tools (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber, Tosca) and test management platforms (e.g., qTest)

Desirable:

• ISTQB certification(s)
• Familiarity with both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies
• Experience in scripting for CI/CD environments using tools such as; Git, Jenkins, Maven
• Experience in cloud hosted infrastructure such as; AWS, Azure and Web based applications
• Experience using AI-powered testing and development tools, such as; Perfecto AI, Tricentis Copilot AI, JIRA Rovo AI, GitHub Copilot
• Ability to suggest process improvements and training initiatives
• Experience working in a regulated environment
