Job Summary:The Automation Test Engineer will be responsible for supporting production applications by developing, executing, and maintaining comprehensive automated test scripts and use cases. The role involves performance and data testing support, collaboration with QA and development teams, and continuous improvement of testing processes to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts and test cases for various software applications.
  • Provide first and second-level support for data and performance testing across multiple IT projects.
  • Create and manage test datasets in databases using automated testing tools such as LoadRunner and Katalon Studio.
  • Enhance automation scripts by implementing parameterization, checkpoints, reusable functions, correlations, and error handling.
  • Collaborate closely with QA and Development Leads to understand and meet functional and data requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automation and performance testing
  • Hands-on experience with LoadRunner, Katalon Studio, or similar automation tools.
  • Strong knowledge of scripting, test data management, and software testing methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Willing to accept a contractual role for 12 months
