MS Dynamics 365 Developer

We are a multi-product lender, allowing Australian businesses to access Equipment Finance, Trade Finance, Debtor Finance, Line of Credit, Business Loans and Term loans.

Position Purpose:

To deliver high quality technical solutions and integrations to defined and documented business requirements. You will be required to help guide and direct technical deliverables and be expected to work closely with the CTO,

Head of Engineering and Business Analysts.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

• Working closely with the businesses key technical resources (CTO, Head of Engineering and Business Analysts) to develop and fulfil provided business and technical requirements that relating to our Loan Management System and Customer Portal, including, but not limited to:

o API Integrations with 3rd partieso Security considerations for integrations

o Data transfer and/or API integrations into internal Loan Management Systemso (LMS)

• Production of technical documentation that describe and illustrate your solution designs, including but not limited to:

o Data Flow Diagrams

o Architectural schematics

o User Documentation

o Technical design documentation covering any specific requirements, such as

o licencing

• Work with the latest frameworks, try new technologies and cross-skill.
• Develop robust, high-quality software that meets the expectations of your product
• development team's standards and procedures ensuring solution meets modern best
• practices for highly scalable, reliable, maintainable software.
• Work collaboratively with a high performing Agile team, providing honest open feedback to
• help everyone become the best version of themselves. Be accountable for technical
• decisions and justifications in the team.
• Ensure all business required compliance training is up to date (AML/KYC, Cyber, Internal
• Policy acceptance etc)
• Continue to demonstrate adherence to the code of conduct, constantly embodying the core value

Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge

• A minimum of 5 years technical development and solution delivery experience in a commercial
• lending business, applications will be viewed favourable if you understand trade finance, debtor
• finance, equipment finance, secured property lending, unsecured business lending, overdrafts, lines
• of credit.
• Experience of working within an offshore environment would be advantageous
• Experience working with Javascript, Angular (16+), typescript, CSS, HTML5.
• C# / .Net (7,8) / .Net Core development skills is preferred.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure) and serverless architecture (Docker, Azure functions) is
• preferred.
• Knowledge and experience with integrating 3rd party APIs (ReST & SOAP) is required.
• Knowledge of SQL and working with MS relational databases is required.
• Understanding of modern software design practices, DevOps.
• Professional experience working in Dynamics environment
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 platform
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics area are highly favorable
• A clear understanding of security best practices with demonstrable experience to quantify it.
• Excellent Written and verbal communication.
• Communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with people at all levels.
• Experience working in a lean-agile environment, experience with Jira/confluence desirable.
• You are highly adaptable and thrive in an ever-changing environment.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday 6AM TO 3PM Manila Time

Location

• Hybrid work arrangement - Eastwood.
