In Manila, our team provides vital financial services and systems support to our global network. We are looking for a System Admin Support (RetPro) to join our team — a key role in maintaining, optimising, and supporting the RetPro ERP system to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, configure, and optimise the RetPro ERP system to ensure smooth business operations
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings
- Write reports (in SQL) to meet custom requirements
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate to vendor when required
- Create, update, and maintain system documentation and training materials
- Perform regular validations on system
- Assist in module implementation including UAT, data migration, and post-go-live support
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in an ERP system administration role
- Proficiency in SQL and report writing
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and support users
- Retail property industry experience an advantage
