Overview

MS Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant

Location: Manila, Philippines

Contract: 6 months, extendable

Experience: 5+ years

Working Hours: Must be available to attend daily stand-ups at 9:00 AM NZT and squad refinement sessions at 10:00 AM NZT.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement custom solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM based on business requirements.
  • Customize entities, forms, workflows, and business rules using out-of-the-box features.
  • Develop integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and other enterprise systems using Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, or custom connectors.
  • Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Create technical documentation including solution design, configuration, and deployment plans.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution reviews.
  • Provide post-go-live support and enhancements.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in MS Dynamics 365 CRM technical development.
  • Strong experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Hands-on experience with data migration and third-party integrations.
  • Knowledge of Azure Services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus) is a plus.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum project environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to Have
  • Microsoft Certifications related to Dynamics 365.
  • Experience with DevOps and CI/CD in Dynamics projects.
