What is the job?

The
QA Engineer
is responsible for designing and executing test plans to ensure the accuracy, functionality, and reliability of the company's AI-powered document processing and public search platforms. The role validates data outputs, identifies defects, collaborates with developers and product teams, and ensures high-quality releases through manual and automated testing.

Responsibilities:


• Develops test strategies, plans, and cases; performs manual, exploratory, regression, and acceptance testing across web and backend systems.


• Builds and maintains UI, API, and integration automation (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Postman, pytest, REST Assured) and integrates tests into CI/CD.


• Validates AI/OCR outputs, document types, schemas, confidence scores, and end-to-end document processing pipelines.


• Verifies APIs, data flows, performance, error handling, and schema compliance using SQL and API testing tools.


• Executes cross-browser/device, accessibility, responsive UI, performance, load, and scalability testing.


• Manages defects, prepares release validation summaries, maintains test documentation, and participates in agile ceremonies.

Qualifications:


• Skilled in UI, API, and integration testing using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Postman, pytest, and REST Assured.


• Proficient with CI/CD test integration, Git/GitHub/GitLab, and scripting in Python or JavaScript.


• Strong SQL experience with PostgreSQL for data validation, REST API testing, and authentication flow verification.


• Knowledgeable in AI/ML evaluation metrics with hands-on testing of OCR, NLP, AI extraction, and LLM systems.


• Experienced in test case design, exploratory testing, manual web testing, and clear bug reporting.


• Solid understanding of functional, regression, integration, performance, and acceptance testing within Agile/Scrum teams.
