About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Product Development Associate to support end-to-end development of new products—from concept, formulation, sampling, testing, up to commercialization. This role will work closely with suppliers, R&D, manufacturing, and marketing teams to bring innovative products to market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in product research, benchmarking, and trend scouting for new product concepts.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for samples, quotations, MOQs, and timelines.
  • Organize and track all formulations, samples, revisions, and feedback discussions.
  • Support in preparing product specs, ingredient lists, packaging requirements, and regulatory documents.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and maintain a product database.
  • Help manage project timelines and ensure on-time execution.
  • Support quality checks for samples, trial runs, and first production batches.
  • Collaborate with marketing for claims, testing protocols, and product storytelling.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or any related field.
  • Experience in beauty, wellness, FMCG, or R&D is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills — comfortable coordinating with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
  • Passionate about beauty, wellness, and emerging product trends.
  • Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
