The Universal Service Associate is primarily responsible for the receipt/payments of deposits from clients, withdrawals, encashment and handling of over-the-counter transactions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deposit and Withdrawal Transactions
  • Opening of new accounts
  • Service Deped Loan Clients
  • Other Banking Services
  • Customer Identification
  • Vault co-custodian
  • Consumer Affairs Function
  • Internal Controls and Productivity
  • Safe keeping of documents

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course, business related course
  • At least 1-year experience in banking, but fresh graduate are welcome to apply
