The Opportunity

Our client is a leading technology company powering global communication through innovative software and telecom solutions. With a strong presence across the Asia-Pacific region, they are known for delivering cutting-edge communication platforms that help businesses connect, grow, and thrive.

They are now seeking an
Internal Account Manager
to oversee a portfolio of domestic and international customers. This role will focus on building long-term client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and tailored solutions. This is your chance to join a dynamic, growth-oriented business where you will play a key role in shaping client success.

ASW Global operates on a Hybrid model. You will be required to report onsite once a week, and four times at home with a regular shift schedule of 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM Manila time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture a portfolio of accounts, building trust and aligning solutions with customer objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers and respond to inquiries through various communication platforms.
  • Provide effective solutions based on customer needs and requests.
  • Provide sales forecasting, performance analysis, and market insights to guide decision-making.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor account performance, manage risks, and contribute to continuous process and service improvements.

Skills, Experience & Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • At least 3 years' proven experience in account management or sales preferably in a telecommunication industry or related.
  • Demonstrated success in managing commercial relationships, ideally within international and domestic telecom environments.
  • Knowledge of international wholesale telecommunications, carrier relationships, or enterprise communication services.
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resourceful with a proactive approach to customer engagement.
