About the role

As a Fleet Coordinator at Team Ridemax Philippines', you will play a vital role in managing the company's fleet of vehicles. This full-time position is based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, and involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the fleet to ensure efficient and reliable transportation services.

What you'll be doing

  1. Coordinating the scheduling and dispatch of vehicles to meet customer demands
  2. Monitoring vehicle maintenance, repairs, and fuel consumption to maintain optimal fleet performance
  3. Collaborating with the operations team to address any issues or challenges related to the fleet
  4. Maintaining accurate records of vehicle usage, costs, and other relevant data
  5. Identifying opportunities for fleet optimization and making recommendations to improve efficiency
  6. Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
  7. Providing support and guidance to the driving team as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in fleet management or a related field
  2. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  3. Familiarity with fleet management software and data analysis tools
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Knowledge of transportation regulations and best practices
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent productivity tools
