About the Role

We are hiring a Facebook Ads Mentor to guide learners, freelancers, and small business owners in running effective ad campaigns. This is a per booking basis role—you will be paid for every confirmed session, giving you full control over your schedule. Perfect for digital marketers and freelancers who want to share their expertise while earning extra income.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct one-on-one or group mentoring sessions (online).

  • Teach learners how to:

  • Set up campaigns in Ads Manager

  • Define audiences and targeting strategies
  • Plan and manage budgets
  • Create effective ad creatives and copy
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns for better ROI
  • Provide practical insights, tips, and real-world examples.
  • Answer questions and guide learners in applying strategies to their own projects.
Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience in running successful Facebook Ads campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of campaign objectives, targeting, A/B testing, and reporting.
  • Good communication and teaching skills.
  • Patient, approachable, and able to simplify technical concepts.
  • Prior teaching, tutoring, or training experience is an advantage (but not required).
