Job Description

  • Train and supervise back of the house staff members.
  • Communicate kitchen needs to Kitchen Supervisor.
  • Assist and provide support in all kitchen stations.
  • Ensure that all cooks consistently produce high quality products.
  • Ensure that all kitchen staff members are compliant to standard food safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Implement company imposed standard operating and cooking procedures in the kitchen.
  • Maintain clean and organized environment in the kitchen.
  • Maintain, monitor and conduct inventory checks on all consumable and non-consumable back of the house supplies.
  • Maintain a positive yet highly disciplined working environment within the kitchen.

Qualifications

  • A vocational diploma / certificate in culinary arts, food safety and handling is a plus
  • At least 2 years of experience as line cook.
  • Experience and exposure to Korean cuisine is a plus.
  • Good relational and people management skills.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Must be willing to be trained according to Goobne standard operational procedures.
  • Must be willing to be assigned in SM Southmall - Las Piñas.
