Summary of Functions: The Equipment Coordinator is responsible for managing and safeguarding all company equipment, tools, and warehouse assets. This includes maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring inbound and outbound movements, and ensuring proper documentation and timely availability of materials. The role supports procurement and audit activities, assists in business-related registrations and compliance, and ensures organized, secure, and efficient warehouse and equipment operations.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory records of all equipment and tools
  • Secure warehouse assets and prevent loss
  • Monitor inbound deliveries and process outbound requests with proper documentation
  • Prepare and submit required reports on time
  • Assist in inventory audits and coordinate with Procurement Enforce proper timekeeping procedures
  • Handle business permit renewals, registrations, and BIR submissions
  • Canvass and purchase approved items within required timelines

Qualifications

  • College Graduate; a degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field is an advantage

  • Preferably with experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, or administrative support

  • Knowledge in inventory, warehouse procedures, and documentation
  • Ability to prepare reports, records, and audit documents
  • Basic knowledge in procurement processes
  • Familiarity with business registration processes (BIR, permits, vehicle registration, MARINA, etc.) is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and record-keeping tools
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to maintain systematic records
  • Good written and verbal communication skills; able to coordinate with different departments
