Work Set-up/Schedule: On-site | Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and utility systems.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement timely repairs to minimize production downtime.
  • Assist in the installation, calibration, and testing of new machinery and equipment.
  • Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements for reliability and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation in line with company procedures.
  • Support engineering projects and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards during all technical activities.
  • Coordinate with production, quality, and other support teams to resolve technical concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Technical or vocational diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Technology; Engineering degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in equipment maintenance or technical support, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, PLCs, and automation controls.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules and respond to urgent maintenance needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php17,000.00 per month
