Job description
Graduate of Medical Technology, Nursing, Biomedical Science, or other related medical science courses. At least 2 years of experience in a sales position, preferably within the medical or healthcare industry. With strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledgeable in medical and laboratory products. Capable of building, managing, and maintaining long-term professional client relationships. Willing to undertake occasional short business trips for client engagement and account management. Experience in handling bidding accounts is considered an advantage.
Note: A competitive commission package is offered in addition to the base salary, based on performance and sales achievements.
About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving sales growth, and expanding our presence within the medical and healthcare market. You will serve as a key link between clients and the company, ensuring strong partnerships and consistent achievement of sales objectives.
What you'll be doing
- Account Management: Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for account growth.
- Sales Development: Promote medical and laboratory products, prepare quotations, and close sales in line with company targets.
- Client Engagement: Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and product discussions, including occasional short business trips.
- Bidding Participation: Handle and support bidding accounts, including coordination and submission of required sales documentation.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed on industry developments, competitor activities, and client needs within the healthcare sector.
What we're looking for
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Nursing, Biomedical Science, or other related medical science courses.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry. Experience in bidding accounts is an advantage.
- Product Knowledge: Solid understanding of medical and laboratory products.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Work Style: Self-motivated, goal-oriented
